Payment on delivery

Zonovate orders are paid on delivery, in cash or by credit card to the delivery person. This is payment at the time of delivery, not an online card payment. Please review the payment options shown in your order form before submitting your order.

Your order total

The order form shows the product price, quantity, applicable delivery or cash-on-delivery charges and total amount payable before submission. Review the displayed currency and total carefully. Shipping charges are not automatically waived.

Protecting your information

Use only zonovate.com and keep your order details secure. Never send your full card number, card security code, card PIN or online banking password by email. If a payment request looks unusual, contact support@zonovate.com before paying.

Refunds

Approved refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer within 15 business days after approval. We coordinate the necessary bank details through support@zonovate.com. Any shorter period or different method required by applicable law takes precedence. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and the return process.
