Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@zonovate.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zonovate.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
