Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods, after address verification, or when an item requires additional handling.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier capacity, customs processing and local conditions. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fulfilment and dispatch locations

Zonovate works with international suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers. Products may be stored, processed or dispatched from different locations depending on inventory and destination. A dispatch location does not represent the place of manufacture, and we do not claim that all products are made in any single country. Product-specific origin information, where provided, takes precedence.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it by email after dispatch. Allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates to appear.

Address accuracy and split shipments

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages without additional product charges.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays, loss and delivery issues

Carriers, customs authorities, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If tracking appears stalled, an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a parcel arrives damaged, email us promptly with the order number so we can investigate.
