1. Operator and contracting party
This website and the Zonovate store are operated by JIANO INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, Business Registration Certificate No. 79536490-000-01-26-A, with registered address at RM 5B 12/F TUNG LEE IND BLDG, 9 LAI YIP ST, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. References to “Zonovate”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean this company. When you purchase from Zonovate, your contract is with JIANO INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account and information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, billing and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or third parties.
4. Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, production batch or natural material. Availability, specifications and prices may change before an order is accepted. Product origin and dispatch location may vary; a dispatch location does not represent the place of manufacture unless expressly stated on the product page.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties or import fees are disclosed where applicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method. We do not store full payment-card details where they are processed directly by payment providers.
7. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance with delivery issues.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
9. Intellectual property
The website, Zonovate branding, text, graphics, images, layout and other content are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. Unauthorized copying, scraping, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use the services unlawfully; infringe rights; transmit malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; submit false or misleading information; harvest personal information; or use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the services.
11. Third-party services and Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, fulfilment and logistics services. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Zonovate. Third-party links and services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and promoting the services, subject to applicable privacy law.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on the website constitutes professional, medical or legal advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, except where a limitation is prohibited by law or liability results from fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the services or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract formed through the store are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights available in their country of residence.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
